Neonmoos helps local businesses create and publish social media content. This Content Policy outlines what content is and is not allowed on our platform. All users must comply with this policy, as well as Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Neonmoos:

  • Illegal content — content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Hate speech — content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Harassment and bullying — content targeting individuals with threats, intimidation, or abuse
  • Violence and graphic content — content depicting or promoting violence, self-harm, or graphic imagery
  • Sexual content — sexually explicit material or content involving minors
  • Misleading content — false or deceptive information, scams, or fraudulent offers
  • Intellectual property violations — content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Spam — repetitive, unsolicited, or artificially-generated mass content
  • Regulated goods — promotion of drugs, weapons, tobacco, or other regulated products without proper authorization

3. Content Moderation

Neonmoos employs the following content moderation practices:

  • User review — all content must be approved by the account owner before publication
  • AI screening — our AI systems flag potentially problematic content during generation
  • Manual review — reported content is reviewed by our team

4. Reporting Content

If you encounter content published through Neonmoos that violates this policy, please report it to info@neonmoos.de with:

  • A link to the content in question
  • The reason for your report
  • Any supporting information

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

6. Appeals

If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or removed, you may appeal by contacting us at info@neonmoos.de. We will review your appeal within 7 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Telegram bot.
