How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data from Neonmoos at any time. We provide the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to info@neonmoos.de with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your Telegram username or user ID
• Your business name (as registered with Neonmoos)
• Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

Option 2: Telegram Bot

Contact our Telegram bot and use the /delete command to initiate the data deletion process.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete:

• Your user profile and account information
• Your business information and industry settings
• All uploaded images and generated content
• Instagram connection data and access tokens
• Post history and drafts
• Team member associations

What We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law, including:

• Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (up to 10 years as required by German law)
• Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation via email or Telegram once the deletion is complete.

Facebook/Instagram Data

If you connected your Instagram account through Facebook Login, you can also manage your data through Facebook's settings:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
• Find Neonmoos and click Remove
• This will revoke our access to your Instagram account
