Neonmoos provides an AI-powered social media management service for local businesses. The service is operated through a Telegram bot interface and enables users to create, review, and publish content to Instagram.

2. Account Registration

To use Neonmoos, you must create an account through our Telegram bot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Neonmoos offers a subscription plan at 99€/month.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new users.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Not use the service to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Review and approve all content before publication

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload through Neonmoos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and publish your content on your behalf through connected social media platforms.

6. AI-Generated Content

Neonmoos uses artificial intelligence to suggest captions, hashtags, and content optimizations. All AI-generated content is presented for your review and approval before publication. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neonmoos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at info@neonmoos.de.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Telegram bot or email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
